Yes, model assembly comes as an additional service. If models that are sent in are unfit for purpose we will reassemble and charge as per.

Yes it can, the initial quote you submit to us is simply a pricing foundation. An artist will reach out to you to customise any change to suit your preference.

Yes, artists will provide updates on your commission, keeping you informed throughout the process.
Will models be safe during shipment?
Completely safe, our models are handled and packed with care to ensure they reach you in the same condition they left us.
